Beast Launches

Match-up

Beast Launches vs the rest

Sixteen places to put a product. One scoreboard each. No trash talk, just what they publish and what you get here.

Launching loud means launching in the right rooms. Some crowds are developers. Some are buyers with a budget. Some are early adopters hunting for the next thing.

Every match-up below gives the other platform its due first: what it is, who it is built for, where it wins. Then the scoreboard, and how Beast Launches plays it. Their numbers are quoted from their pages with the date we looked; ours are pulled live.

What you get in the pit

Every one of these is switched on right now on Beast Launches.

  • Paid launch: $5

Live now or in the week you name. A followed link to your site. The full profile unlocked: founder story, milestones, demo video.

  • Free entry

Put our badge on your site, finish your founder profile, and your free listing takes a slot 1-2 weeks out. The link back to you is nofollow; screenshots and comparisons still show.

  • Receipts, not hype

Each live listing shows what we measured after go-live: Ahrefs Domain Rating at launch and today, referring domains, AI mentions where tracked, and the clicks we sent. Refreshed daily. Zero estimates.

  • AI answer check, free

One free run per listed business: we ask ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity what a buyer in your category would ask, and show if you got named, where you landed and what they cited.

  • Votes nobody can buy

One human, one vote. Sponsors, Featured and the Billboard wear a paid label and add zero votes.

  • Our DR, out in the open

The pricing page shows our Ahrefs Domain Rating, live. Check the link's strength before you spend a cent.

  • Checkout, no account first

We make your account as you pay. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, crypto. US dollars, VAT only where due, invoices from Zinn DigitalĀ® Ltd.

  • Product of the Week

Top three by community votes each week take #1, #2 and #3, with a badge on the listing and a share page.

  • Faces behind the product

Founders get their own profile pages, tied to their companies; paid listings can tell the founder story.

  • Domain records built in

Every listing shows its domain's public registration record. The domain age tool checks any domain for free.

Picking your arenas

Find the crowd first. Engineers hang out on Hacker News and DevHunt. People shopping for business software sit on G2 and Capterra. AI tool hunters scroll the AI directories. Makers and early adopters work the launch sites.

Then ask what you keep when the noise dies down: a page that still ranks, a link that counts, and numbers that show what moved.

Last, read the small print. Individuals only? Developer tools only? Pay to be considered? A link back required? Each match-up spells it out.

Straight answers

Is Beast Launches better than Product Hunt?

Different, not a replacement. Product Hunt is one huge day. Beast Launches runs weekly launches, counts one vote per person, never sells votes, and gives every live listing a launch receipt. Plenty of founders hit both.

How do you know their prices and rules?

We read their own pages and quote them, each with a link and the date we looked. If a platform keeps something private, the scoreboard says they do not publish it.

How much is a launch on Beast Launches?

$5 for a paid launch, plus VAT where it applies. Free listings exist too. The pricing page always has today's numbers.

Will launching here stop me launching elsewhere?

Never. Launch here, there, in any order. No exclusivity.
