Straight answers

What exactly does PigPR monitor?

PigPR monitors 20 sources including Google reviews, Yelp, news, Reddit, X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Bluesky, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, Wikipedia, Weibo, Threads, Pinterest, Facebook, and entertainment trade press. It also tracks what six AI engines (Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Qwen, Claude, Grok) say about your brand weekly. Ingestion runs hourly on Agency, every three hours on Studio, and every six hours on Solo, with daily Google rank tracking and weekly Maps local-pack positions.

Is the data in the demo real?

Yes. The production pipelines are real — the live demo console shows actual data from real client workspaces that are clearly labeled, allowing you to explore everything without signing up or involving your legal team.

How does the AI Response Studio work?

For each review or mention needing a response, the studio drafts a reply in your client's voice. You choose the tone (warm, professional, or apologetic) and the draft displays its confidence score and risk flags. Your team then approves, edits, or regenerates the response.

Will the AI ever post by itself?

No. Every reply goes through human approval before posting, and the audit trail records who approved it and when. The AI handles the drafting while your team retains final judgment.

How fast are spike alerts?

Spike alerts fire within minutes based on continuous velocity rules evaluation. In the demo's viral video incident, the critical alert triggered 41 minutes after the first view with the supporting evidence chart, sent to Slack and email.
