Questions people ask
- Can I get my money back after I've paid?
- No. Payments are final once processed. The only exception is if we reject or remove your paid listing—then you get a full automatic refund to your original payment method.
- What happens if I dispute a charge?
- Your entire order gets pulled offline while the dispute is active. If we win the dispute, your content is restored. If you win, it stays down.
- Do I have any protection if Beast Launches screws up?
- Yes. Your statutory rights are always intact, separate from this policy. Refund policy doesn't override them.
